Welcome to Arika Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using this website, purchasing from us, or subscribing to any service we offer, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Use of This Website
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state/territory) to make a purchase or subscribe to our services.
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive activity, or in any way that infringes on the rights of others.
2. Personal Use Only — No Resale
All products purchased from us—physical or digital—are provided strictly for personal use only.
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any product
Claim designs as your own
Copy, modify, or replicate products for commercial purposes
This includes items printed via Canva Print and any downloadable or digital content provided through subscriptions.
3. Orders & Availability
All products are made-to-order and printed using a third-party printing and delivery service.
Product availability may change at any time due to:
a third-party printing service’s material availability
Product discontinuations
Inventory fluctuations
Regional printing limitations
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution, replacement, or refund.
4. Printing & Fulfilment
Once you place an order on our website, we submit your design toa third-party printing and delivery service for production and shipping. Printing times and delivery windows are estimates only and depend on Canva Print’s production schedule.
We are not responsible for:
Printing delays caused by a third-party printing and delivery service or its suppliers
Courier delays, lost parcels, or delivery disruptions
Seasonal delays or force majeure events (weather, strikes, emergencies)
We will always assist in resolving issues where possible.
5. Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only.
Shipping times listed on the website are estimates and may vary based on your location, courier capacity, and a third-party printing and delivery service’s fulfilment timelines.
You agree to provide accurate address details. We are not responsible for loss, delays, or extra fees caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
6. Subscriptions
Some services may include a paid digital subscription that may also include a monthly physical item.
By subscribing you agree:
Payments are processed on a recurring basis until cancelled
Monthly physical items are subject to printing availability
Delays may occur due toa third-party printing and delivery service or courier limitations
You may cancel anytime before your next billing date
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Because products are custom-made:
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted
Refunds are only offered when an item cannot be replaced or produced
Damaged, misprinted, or faulty items will be replaced at no cost after review
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
Photos of the issue
Order details
Description of the problem

8. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, branding, text, images, and digital content available on this website remain the intellectual property of ArikaDigital unless otherwise stated.
You may not:
Reproduce
Distribute
Sell
Modify
Reuse
any content for commercial purposes without written permission.
9. Disclaimer — Developing Project
This website and its products may relate to a creative project or game currently in development. All artwork, story elements, characters, and product designs represent early concepts and may change at any time.
Physical items, digital content, and subscriptions are not a preorder or guarantee of access to any future game.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Third-party delays (Canva Print, couriers, suppliers)
Losses caused by incorrect customer information
Misuse of products
Minor variations in colour, finish, or print quality
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or purchasing from us indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
