Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. All items are custom-made to order and printed through a third-party printing and delivery service, our returns and refund rules differ from standard retail purchases. Please read the policy below before placing your order.
1. Change of Mind Policy
As all products are personalised, made-to-order items:
❌ We do not accept change-of-mind returns or provide refunds for:
Ordering the wrong size, colour, or design
Mistakes in provided text or spelling
Deciding you no longer want the product
Ordering the wrong quantity
Please review your design and order details carefully before checking out.
2. Incorrect, Damaged, or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost.
✔ You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Please email us with:
Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photos of the product showing the problem
Photos of the packaging if it was damaged in transit
Once verified, we will lodge a replacement request with a third-party printing and delivery service and organise a reprint or replacement for you.
3. Print Quality Issues
We follow a third-party printing and delivery service’s print guidelines to ensure high-quality output; however:
We can approve a replacement for:
Blurry, faded, or streaked printing caused by the printer
Incorrect trimming, cutting, or finishing
Colour issues that significantly differ from standard printing tolerances
We cannot approve a replacement for:
Slight product design variations due to third party supply availability
Slight colour variations due to computer screen vs. print differences
If you’re unsure about print quality, please contact us before ordering.
4. Lost or Missing Deliveries
If your parcel does not arrive:
Please check your tracking details (provided after fulfilment).
If the courier confirms the package is lost, we will reprint and resend your order.
If the courier states the package was delivered correctly, but you cannot locate it, please contact us — we will do our best to assist, but replacement is not guaranteed in cases of confirmed delivery.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
❌ We cannot offer refunds or free replacements for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If the parcel is returned to Canva’s courier depot due to an invalid address, new shipping fees may apply for resending.
6. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued if:
The item cannot be replaced
We determine the issue occurred due to a printing or production error
The product is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled
In all other cases, replacement is the primary remedy.
7. How to Start a Return or Replacement Request
