Once we receive your order through our website, we place a print order with a third-party printing and delivery service and provide them with your delivery details.

We will review your Order, submit it for printing, and send it to a third-party printing and delivery service.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because all orders are custom-made and submitted to our print provider shortly after purchase:
We cannot cancel or modify an order once printing has begun.
Please ensure all information, including delivery address, is correct before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Include clear photos of the issue and post the return
We will liaise with a third-party printing and delivery service to arrange a replacement at no additional cost
We may request additional photos or information to process the claim.
Returns & Refunds
As our products are custom-printed to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds.
Faulty or damaged items will be replaced in accordance with our Damaged/Incorrect Order procedures.
Customer Responsibility
Ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.
Any delays caused by incorrect address details or unsuccessful delivery attempts are not the responsibility of our business or Canva Print.
